How do I shop on the Barnyard Designs Wholesale website?
Shopping on Barnyard Designs wholesale is super easy! You just need to apply for a wholesale application on our website, and applications are generally approved within 24 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a wholesale account you will need to have a reseller’s certificate in the state you are registered to sell in or where your physical storefront is. Once your account is verified you will have access to wholesale pricing, receive special promotions via email, re-order past ordered items easily, and view your order history and shipping status. To set up a wholesale account we will need to collect personal information from you such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and re-sellers certificate. View our Privacy Policy to find out exactly how we use your information. Once your account is created you will be able to make purchases quickly and easily.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped from Reno, Nevada. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We calculate the shipping charge based on the order value:

This is our best approximation of what our actual shipping costs work out to as we are unable to calculate the actual shipping cost at the time the order is placed and want to charge your payment method only once.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is $200. This covers our picking fees in the warehouse and allows us to offer you lower prices on a per unit basis.
Can I re-sell on Amazon or other platforms?
Currently we do not allow resellers on Amazon or other platforms (Walmart, eBay) and you must agree to this during the account application process. We do allow reselling on your own online storefront.
Do you allow drop shipping?
We do not currently allow drop shipping.
What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day window for you to inspect your shipment. Any damaged items will be replaced free of charge. If you would like to return an item with no defects you will be subject to return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
I am having difficulties placing and order or accessing my account, what did I do wrong?
If you should receive an error message or are sent to an error page, please contact customer care to discuss the error so we may address the issue and help you with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will look forward to helping you. Call us at 949-456-8339 or email us at sales@barnyarddesigns.com. If you cannot access your account, try resetting your password and then re-logging in with your new password.
What is the time frame to ship an order?
We strive to be one of the quickest distributers in the industry. All orders will generally ship within 1-2 business days.
What method do you use to ship orders?
We ship via FedEx ground service from 365 Emig Rd York, PA 17406. FedEx requires a street address; a PO box address is not sufficient. We offer signature required delivery for $4.95 for orders under $300. Any order over $300 automatically ships signature required at no additional charge.Where can you ship to?
Currently we can only ship within the continental U.S. If you are located in Canada and would like to order from us, please contact us via email and we can discuss shipping arrangements.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Discover Card, and PayPal. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged once the order is placed.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and created by our designers and other local artisans here in USA. Our products are manufactured outside of the US to provide you with the best pricing, with many of them being made in China.
What do I do if I received incorrect items, damaged items, or have questions about my order?

I used a promo code but did not receive the discounted price - what should I do?
The promotional discount code may have expired. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer care department at sales@barnyarddesigns.com.
How can I track my order status online?
You can track your FedEx packages under the My Account drop down within our wholesale site. Navigate to your order under Order History and your tracking information will be located there. You will also receive an email once your order ships with the tracking information.
Can you order an item on backorder?
Currently we do not accept orders on items that are out of stock. Please contact us directly if an item is out of stock and you would like an update when it will come back in stock.
